Standard Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are determined by your order total weight and ship to address.
An additional charge of $6 will be added for each additional shipping address in a single order. 

Shipping times
The times listed below estimate the expected number of business days it will take for in-stock merchandise to be shipped from our facilities and delivered to you. ("Business days" means Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.) In some cases, merchandise may actually ship earlier than expected. When you choose "Premium" or "Express" delivery, we'll expedite processing in our warehouse and then select the shipping carrier and method designed to meet the stated delivery. Please note: orders being shipped to APO addresses and US Territories cannot be expedited. Orders shipped to addresses outside of the United States generaly take from 5 to 15 business days for delivery.

Returns Made Easy

Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We take pride in the quality of the products we sell and offering great customer service is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please follow the guidelines detailed below and we will be happy to help you to return your purchase.

Contact mhrw@redesignlive.com to request a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) for returns.

  • All returns must reference an RMA. Goods received without an RMA will be returned to sender. 
  • RMA requests must be within 30 days of delivery.
  • Software products returned in the original, sealed, unopened packages will be credited back to the payment method. Open software may be returned for store credit. Defective software will be replaced at no charge.
  • All damage and shortage claims should be made within 30 days of delivery. If damaged upon arrival, you have the right to refuse the order. Contact MHRW to report damages.
  • A copy of the packing slip or the customer receipt must accompany all returns.  
  • A refund will be issued to the original form of payment within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item at our warehouse.
