SHIPPING OPTIONS
MHRW does not offer
FedEx or USPS delivery service. Past experience with FedEx and USPS
is more expensive than the United States Postal Service and slower;
and as a rule, packages shipped by their customer's tend to be larger
and therefore heavier of which conceivably may damage our smaller packages
due to less than adequate handling during delivery.
U.S. ORDERS
All U.S. orders are processed
and shipped within 24 to 72 hours.
When an item(s) is not available
for delivery the order is placed on "backorder" until the merchandise
becomes available for shipping. Customer's are notified by email when
an order is placed on backorder.
All U.S. orders are shipped using the
(USPS) United States Postal Service Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation.
The Delivery Confirmation does not provide a real-time tracking. It
only provides confirmation of delivery when an order is delivered from
the destination USPS postal center. Until an order is delivered, the
USPS DOES NOT provide any information, except the following, "No record
of this item."
Delivery time for U.S. orders is 2 to
5 business days (Monday - Saturday) depending on the delivery destination.
A valid "email address" must be provided
when ordering to receive the Delivery Confirmation.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All International
orders are processed and shipped within 24 to 72 hours.
When an
item(s) is not available for delivery the order is placed on "backorder"
until the merchandise becomes available for shipping. Customer's are
notified by email when an order is placed on backorder.
All International orders are shipped
using the (USPS) United States Postal Service (EMS) Express Mail Service.
The (EMS) Express Mail Service does not provide a real-time tracking.
It only provides confirmation of delivery when an order is delivered
from your the destination USPS postal center. Until an order is delivered,
the USPS DOES NOT provide any information, except the following, "No
record of this item."
Delivery time for international orders
is 7 - 8 business days (Monday - Saturday) depending on the delivery
destination.
A valid "email address" must be provided
when ordering to receive the Delivery Confirmation.
PLEASE NOTE:
International order
must clear customs before they are delivered and they can take longer
depending upon each countries processing and delivery policies. Please
check with your Countries customs service for further delivery information.

directly from the USPS website: < http://www.usps.com >Simply enter
the Delivery Conformation Number or EMS Number in "Track & Confirm"
section.
MHRW does not have access to the status of your order and
CANNOT provide the status of an order over the telephone. USPS Priority
Mail and EMS orders may be track using the Delivery Confirmation Number
provided in the Shipping Confirmation that is emailed to you to confirm
receipt of your order.
