You may "shop" for the items you would like to purchase at the top left-side of each Web page from the MHRW ONLINE STORE. All products are listed in categories. Some categories link to Master Pages, where you can shop and order any products featured on that Master Page. If you wish addition information regarding any particular item, simply select the "Product Details" button to access that items detail page. You may also order from the "Product Details" page, if desired.

· Can I place my order by telephone?

We do not take orders over the telephone. Please choose one of our other safe ordering options.

Placing an order online from MHRW.com is easy. Please select the "Tutorial" button below for step-by-step instructions with graphics of how the pages will appear through the ordering process.

You do not need to create an account first. You can place your order 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, over 365 days a year from our website.

If you have any questions you can call any time Monday through Friday, 9: AM to 5: PM PST (USA West Coast Time). After those hours, you will typically reach our voice mail system. You may provide payment through PayPal using either of the two following options.

We will create (and email you) a PayPal Invoice that will allow you to by-pass our Shopping Cart.

· How do I know my order has been placed?

Take a moment to review the items you've placed in your shopping cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item, click "Cancel" in your shopping cart. (First, enter a "0" in the quantity box; then click "Cancel.")

Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that we have received your order and that it is being processed for shipping. The confirmation will have your Delivery Confirmation number should you wish to track USPS delivery information of your order.

U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail. (Delivery time 2 - 5 days.)
International orders are shipped via USPS Express Mail Service. (Delivery time 7 - 8 days to country of origin.)

We do not provide overnight shipping due to problems with damage problems with overnight shipping companys. Most of our orders contain adhesive or liquids that are easily damaged from larger cartons that are common with overnight shipping services.

· What is MHRW.com Return Policy?

THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS ON ANY MERCHANDISE.

At MHRW.com we take very pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value of our products. If any reason you are dissatisfied with the quality of a product, we'll assist you without delay to exchange your item.

Exchange for items returned within 5 business days of invoice date will be credited to your account as redeemable with your next purchase. This store credit will last as long as your account is in our records.

Unfortunately, the following items are not eligible for exchange (unless a product is defective):

You may exchange your products with any other brands or any items you wish. You don't have to limit yourself to a certain brand.

· What is an EMA?

EMA is an Exchange Merchandise Authorization for a return item. Do not send back your merchandise without requesting authorization for returning a product. Without an EMA your package will be refused and sent back to you.

· Where do I send return items?

Before shipping your returning item, please follow these instructions:

1. Send email to request Return Authorization: support@mhrw.com
2. Place all original contents of merchandise inside original box shipping package.
3. Return original Invoice with returned merchandise. Please state reason for return.
4. Enclose the above-mentioned documents inside the shipping box.
5. Seal securely with tape.

· How do I know if a product is available?

When an item is not available for purchase, a notice "TEMPORALLY OUT OF STOCK" will be posted.

We have a considerable amount of inventory, however, occasionally we do run out of stock. Should you want to purchase an item that is current out of stock, please return from time to time to check that items availability.

· How do I know your wig cap or hair system foundation will fit my head?

We only sell the most popular standard size wig caps and hair system foundations, "medium". The reason why is obvious, most persons have a medium size head.

If you have a small hair size, you simply resize the wig cap or hair system foundation to fit you head size before creating your wig or hair system. This is easily done by taking a tuck at the rear corners of the wig cap to make it fit your head size.

If you have a large hair size, you simply resize the wig cap or hair system foundation to fit you head size before creating your wig or hair system. This is easily done by cutting the wig cap at the bottom corners of the wig cap (from the bottom edge towards the top crown) until the wig cap fits your head size comfortably. Next, insert a small section of monofilament material underneath the area where you cut the wig cap. Next, draw an outline of the triangle onto the monofilament insert. Next, remove the wig cap; place the monofilament insert to align with the wig cap and sew them together.
