Use the following instructions for ordering online from our Shopping Cart:

 To place an order, simply click "Add to Cart"

To change the quantity of an item -- while in the process of ordering.

Simply change the "quantity number" to your desired quanity; and then, click "Change Order."
(Information below must be provided: name, email, and phone number, etc.)

To continue shopping; simply click "Continue Shopping" or just close the shopping cart page and continue shopping.

Shipping Information Error's
It is imperative that you provide your correct shipping information (address, city, state, zip code (including 4 number code). When any of this information is incorrect your order cannot be delivered. The USPS will return your order to us, within 30 days, as UNDELIVERABLE and you will be obligated to pay an additional shipping fee before your order can be reshipped.

PLEASE NOTE
 Because MHRW respects each customer's privacy, all orders are processed through PayPal via debt or credit card or cheque.  This reason why we use PayPal is for your protection. With PayPal merchants do not and cannot obtain your credit card information, only PayPal receives your credit card information.

PayPal accepts your order and payment information and they will send you an email to verification of your order and payment.

PayPal is owned by Ebay of which they are currently the largest merchant service provider on the Internet with over 160 million accounts worldwide.

We highly recommend that you create a PayPal account to eliminate I.D. Theft or Fraud while shopping on the Internet.

U.S. & International Ordering

U.S. Orders
 All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (with Delivery Confirmation). The Delivery Confirmation is not a 'live' tracking number like UPS or FedEx and and only updates when it arrives at your local post office, or when your order is delivered. Until the USPS updates the Delivery Confirmation delivery information on their web site, the information they provide will say, "No record of this item."

International Orders
 All International orders are shipped via (USPS) United States Postal Service (EMS) Express Mail Service (with tracking).
Delivery time to all International countries is 7 - 8 days. The time required for orders to clear customs and be delivered can take longer depending upon each countries processing and delivery policies. Please check with your Countries customs service for their delivey information. You will be provided the tracking information so you can track your order -- should you wish to do so. MHRW does not provide tracking service for International orders.

Your Protection Under the Fair Credit Billing Act
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. We will only cover this liability if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using the secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card, you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Temporarily Out of Stock Items

 Occasionally, the demand for an item will be greater than we anticipate. This results in the item being temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, we do everything we can to work with our supplier to obtain an additional shipment, and then ship your order within 24 hours of receiving that merchandise in our Distribution Facility.
