By Telephone
If you prefer to place your order by telephone, please call us at 1-866-685-8382.

By Mail
If you prefer to order by mail, simply click on the button below to download an Order Form that you can print mail to our Operations Center. (This form supports both US and International orders.) You will find the appropriate mailing address on the Order Form.

Temporarily Out of Stock Items
Occasionally, the demand for an item will be greater than we anticipate. This results in the item being temporarily out of stock. When this occurs, we do everything we can to work with our supplier to obtain an additional shipment, and then ship your order within 24 hours of receiving that merchandise in our Distribution Facility.

Your Protection Under the Fair Credit Billing Act
We guarantee that every online transaction you make will be 100% safe. This means you pay nothing if unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 of fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this $50.00, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00.
