Wig Making
Wearing a women's
Wig is the easy way to enhance your appearance or to create
a new hairstyle, as well as to create the appearance that you
are not bald or have thinning hair. In the past, you only had
one option available for enhancing your appearance or to cover
up your bald head, and that was to purchase a retail Wig.
Today, purchasing
a retail Women's Lace Front Wig can be very expensive and very
disappointing. Thankfully, now you have a second option: Thanks
to MHRW INTERNATIONAL you now can learn how to create your own
custom Women's Lace Front Wig and you can do it at a fraction
of the retail cost that Wig Salons and Hair Clubs are charging
for their retail Lace Front Wigs, or plans.
A long time
ago, the craft of Wig making was prevalent around the world,
especially throughout the United Kingdom. Today, there are relatively
few people who really know the old art of making custom Women's
Lace Front Wig. Unfortunately, there are now only a few of these
"old-time wig makers" left, who offer their Wig making services
to the general public.
PROFESSIONAL
WIG MAKERS
Due to the scarcity of professional Wig makers, those who wish
to purchase and wear a quality Women's Lace Front Wig must pay
thousand$ for them. Plus, the quality of these Lace Front Wigs
leave a lot to be desired.
MATERIALS
Only two materials are needed for creating any custom Women's
Lace Front Wig desired. Of which are: a monofilament Hairpiece
cap or Lace Front Wig cap, and either synthetic hair or human
hair (Asian hair or European "Italian" hair).
Monofilament
Hairpiece Foundations are used as the base to create a Hairpiece.
Hair is applied or tied to to the Foundation to make a Hairpiece.
In essence, the hair is the Wig and that is what essentially
establishes the Lace Front Wigs value. Hairpieces or Lace Front
Wigs made with synthetic hair are as a rule inexpensive. Custom
made Men's Hairpieces and Women's Lace Front Lace Front Wigs,
made with human hair, can cost over $9000.00 at various Hair
Club's and Salon's.
Wig MAKING PROCESS
The actual process used for tying hair, is called: "The Ventilating
Technique." This technique is simply; tying hair to netting,
and it is called the 'Latch Hook Knot'. Yes, the same knot as
used when knitting a rug or sweater. However, there is a slight
difference, when creating a Wig this way, a very thin delicate
hair is being tied to a monofilament Wig cap, 'one-hair-at-a-time'.
The monofilament material (or Wig cap material) is very much
like Women's panty hose, however, it is not stretchy and the
Hairpiece foundations are pre-shaped to fit the contour of a
human head.
Here are the
3 Steps required to design and create a custom Women's Lace
Front Wig:
The Hairpiece
foundation or Lace Front Wig cap is placed over the head.
. You draw an
outline of your desired Hairpiece.
. You draw an outline
how you want the front hairline when creating your Lace Front
Wig.
The outlined
Hairpiece foundation or Lace Front Wig cap is removed from your
head and secured to your headblock.

of the Wig cap to finish the Lace Front Wig.a

DOES IT TAKE TO CREATE A LACE FRONT WIG?
How long it takes to create your Lace Front Wig will depend
