	If I order online, can I be assured that the transaction is secure? Our Shopping Cart does not process payment transactions. We utilize PayPal as our Merchant Service Provider. PayPal is the largest and safest Merchant Service Provider in the world with over 160 million customers. PayPal utilizes SSL™ to ensure safe, secure transactions. SSL™(Secured Sockets Layer) is designed to establish a secure connection between your computer and PayPal using encryption technology. Encryption translates your confidential order information into a secret code that only PayPal can read. This is the most effective safest way to ensure that your order information is protected. We believe these elements provide you the safest most secure shopping environment currently possible.
	Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order? We are ready to help if you have questions about your order. You can submit an email to support@mhrw.com and an on-line customer service representatives will respond within 24 hours via emial or telephone. If you wish to be contacted via telephone, please provide your contact phone number. Current Business Hours: 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday, West Coast time.
	When will my credit card be charged? Your credit card will be charged immediately upon submitting your order. Should an item be back-ordered, we will process and ship the back-ordered item immediately upon arrival from the manufacturer.
	When I submit the order, what kind of confirmation will I get that you have received my order? Upon submitting your order, PayPal will send you an e-mail confirmation (you must provide an accurate email address to receive your confirmation) that contains all the information regarding your order. PayPal also sends a copy of your order to our fulfillment service for processing and fulfillment. Our fulfillment service will collate your order and ship it within 24 hours of receipt (excluding Saturday & Sunday). Orders received after 4 P.M. Friday will be fulfilled and shipped the following Monday. You will be provided your Shipping Confirmation and tracking information when your order has been shipped.
	If I do not live in the US, can I still order online? Yes! For those orders shipping outside of the USA, your credit card will be billed for the actual charges for UPS International Delivery.
	How do I order by mail? We do not have a mail order catalog, however, we welcome orders by mail.

U.S. Orders
All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail (with Delivery Confirmation). The Delivery Confirmation is not a 'live' tracking number like UPS or FedEx and and only updates when it arrives at your local post office, or when your order is delivered. Until the USPS updates the Delivery Confirmation delivery information on their web site, the information they provide will say, "No record of this item."

International Orders
All International orders are shipped via (USPS) United States Postal Service (EMS) Express Mail Service (with tracking).
Delivery time to all International countries is 7 - 8 days. The time required for orders to clear customs and be delivered can take longer depending upon each countries processing and delivery policies. Please check with your Countries customs service for their delivey information. You will be provided the tracking information so you can track your order -- should you wish to do so. MHRW does not provide tracking service for International orders.
