If I order online, can I be assured that the transaction is secure?
MHRW does not process payment transactions. All orders are processed through PayPal. Having a PayPal account is not necessary.

Who do I contact if I have a problem with my order?
MHRW will help you if you have a question about ordering. You may submit an email to support@mhrw.com and an on-line customer service representatives will respond to your email message within 24 hours.

When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged immediately upon submitting an order. Should an item be backordered, MHRW will process and ship the back-ordered item upon receipt of backordered merchandise.

When I place an order, will I receive a confirmation?
Upon submitting your order, PayPal will send you an e-mail confirmation that contains all the information regarding your order.

*You must provide an accurate email address to receive your confirmation.

PayPal also sends a copy of your order to our fulfillment service for processing and fulfillment. The order fulfillment service will process and ship your order within 24  to 72 hours of receipt (excluding Saturday & Sunday, and Holidays).

If I do not live in the US, can I still order online?
Yes, orders outside of the USA are currently being accepted.
How do I order by mail?
Yes, you may place your order by regular mail.

ORDERING PROBLEM
Occasionally we hear from customer's who claim that their credit or debit card is not accepted while placing their order online. The reason this problem occurs is usually because "bank "computer and PayPal computer are not able to communicate properly.

PayPal is unable to correct this problem. They recommend that customer's contact the credit or debit card issuing Bank and request assistance with this matter.

Therefore, you have the following two options:

1. Contact your Bank and request them to check the status of your account. They can investigate why your credit card is not working when ordering online from various website shopping carts.

2. Use our order by regular Mail option: Order by Mail
