STEP-BY-STEP TRAINING
You have the option to order your Kit with our Online Wig Making Training Program or VHS video and manual training.

Our Online Wig Making Training Program is advanced and it offers you the option to learn how to make any type of wig or other hair system you wish to make. You can learn how to make Lace Front Wigs, women's Hair Systems, eye brows, and men's Hairpieces, mustaches, beards.

Once you've learned how create your own wigs or hair system -- you automatically are trained and capable to do any necessary maintenance on your wig or hairpiece.

OPTIONS
When creating a wig or hairpiece, you have the option of using either synthetic or human hair. Human hair is most popular and the our recommended option.

TOOLS, MATERIALS, AND SUPPLIES FOR CREATING A LACE FRONT WIG OR HAIRPIECE
Listed below are the tools and materials necessary for creating any desired wig or hair piece:

Tools
* Wig Block or Head block
* Ventilator Holder (needed for holding ventilating needle)
* Ventilating Needle (needed for tying hair to wig cap or foundation material)

Materials
* 1-ounce of human or synthetic hair (minimum, for creating Hairpiece)
* Ready-made Pre-shaped Hairpiece Foundation (for creating Hairpiece)
* EasyTab Compound (to create attachment tape-tab system)

Creating a Custom Hairpiece
* Simply place the ready-made foundation over the bald area of your head.
* Outlined the bald area - to design Hairpiece to fit bald area.
* Remove the foundation from your head and secured to a head block.
* Ventilate hair within outline drawn on foundation to create the Hairpiece.

Preparing a Custom Hairpiece for Wearing
* Remove the completed Hairpiece from the MHRW Head Block.
* Apply EasyTab Compound along underside edge of outline (allow to dry until clear in color).
* Trim away excess foundation material along outline.
* Secure Hairpiece in place to head and cut and style as desired.
* Have your barber cut-in your Hairpiece to insure professional results, if desired.

DURABILITY
Factory made wigs and hairpieces have a life expectancy of approximately 3 to 6 months, depending upon how well you maintain them. Hand made wigs and hairpieces, made with quality human hair, can last 1 to 4 years, of course, how long any wig or hairpiece will last depends upon how well they are maintained.

Most importantly, what makes any wig or hairpiece durable is the quality of the hair. Quality hair is hair that has not been chemically altered. Alter hair is hair that have been treated to remove the cuticle or bleached and dye a different color. Chemicals used to burn away hair cuticles or beach hair weakens the hair shaft and make it susceptible to breakage when washing or brushing.

RETAIL WIG - HAIRPIECE COSTS
The retail cost for wigs or hairpieces can range is price from $300.00 to over $8,000.00 depending where they are purchased. Naturally, a $300.00 wig or hairpiece is not high quality and therefore only lasts just several months, however, paying $8,000.00 for a wig or hairpiece does not mean they will last a lot longer. When you consider the Retail cost of a wig or hairpiece at $300.00 to over $8,000.00 you can easily see your potential savings on each Hairpiece created. That makes the time spent at creating and maintaining your wig or hairpiece worth $100's an hour.
