PLEASE

to 40 days. SuperTape may also be used for bonding

Professional's use the following procedure for securing
Lace Front Wigs for customers:
UNDERCOATING A LACE FRONT WIG FOR BONDING
To prepare your wig for bonding using EasyTAB Compound
to French Lace Wig:
» French Lace Material must be oil free and clean.
STEP 1
Apply light 1st coat of EasyTAB™ Compound using
a damp loaded brush. (Do not allow it to flow into
hair.)
footnote::=
Using
a damp brush, stroke brush across underside area(s)
allowing brush to lightly touch hairs. The object
is to apply only a tiny amount of compound to each
hair so the hair is locked in place and tape will
stick better. DO NOT TRY FILLING IN THE HOLES!
STEP 2
Applying a second coat.
» Let 1st coat dry for 1 hour before second coat
is applied.
SECURING LACE FRONT WIG FOR WEARING
There
are many types of wig bonding adhesive tapes available
to choose from that will secure a wig for wearing.
However, all other wig adhesives and tapes are formulated
for bonding several days or weeks they all do meltdown.
Meltdown is when oil from sweat is absorbed into
the wig bonding adhesive tape. The more you sweat...
the faster regular wig adhesives and tapes start
to become mushy and lose the grip .
To avoid "meltdown" we recommend our new SuperTape™...
It
resists meltdown!
SuperTape CC Contours are designed for the front
hairline on Lace Front Wigs.
SuperTape (1" x
3 yd) Roll Tape is for bonding the perimeter of
Lace Front Wigs. Using a piece of 1/2" tape is recommended
for perimeter bonding.
footnote::=
Simply
cut desired length of 1" x 3 yd tape; cut into 2
half inch strips for bonding around perimeter of
wig. Spraying solvent on scissors before attempting
to cut tape will eliminate problems when cutting
tape.
REMOVING LACE FRONT WIG PROPERLY
Also
very important is how you remove your Lace Front
Wig. We recommend that you first spray some OptiSol™
Solvent on the front hairline area from the
hair-side. Wait several minutes and then remove
your wig. You can continue using the OptiSol Solvent
for cleaning your wig and yourself should it be
necessary.
